1. Inspection of raw materials:
a. Film (aluminum foil) thickness (according to GB 6672), tensile strength & elongation (according to GB 13022-91), wetting tension (according to GB 10003-88), oxygen/moisture permeability (according to GB1038/ 1037 Carry out), high temperature resistance, hygienic suitability (in accordance with GB-9687-88), appearance;
b. High temperature resistance of adhesives and inks, food hygiene suitability;

2. Inspection of film (aluminum foil) lamination process:
a. Appearance (visually no obvious defects such as wrinkling and delamination);
b. Composite speed, viscosity of glue:
Depending on the adhesive used and the ratio, the measured value is also different;
c. Glue amount detection:
Use coated paper (or self-adhesive glossy paper), divide it into three different positions, left, middle and right, put it in the middle of the two layers of film that are about to be compounded, and remove the sample after the compound is completed. Then use a 100mm100mm area square to cut the measurement samples according to three different positions: left, middle and right; then remove the coated paper (or self-adhesive paper), put the glued film on the electronic scale and weigh it. Write down the weight a. Then put the weighed film (coated surface with glue) into the solvent (EA) to wash off the glue, then put it into an electronic scale for weighing, and record the weight b. a-b is the amount of glue applied to the sample, and then converted to g/m2.
d. Control of curing temperature and time after compounding:
According to the different raw materials used, set the corresponding temperature and time;
e. Composite strength between the cured composite films (according to 8808-88); cut the left, middle and right three test pieces, the width of the test piece is 15mm, the length is about 15cm, and the layers to be tested are separated by about 15mm , were respectively fixed on the upper and lower fixtures of the LDX-200 universal material testing machine, and the tensile speed was adjusted to 100mm/min for measurement.
f. Residual solvent volume:
Cut a 0.2m2 sample, quickly cut the sample into 10mm30mm pieces, put it into a clean conical flask of about 500ml preheated at 80°C, seal it with a silicone plug, put it in an incubator at 80°C and heat it for 30 minutes , Use a 5ml syringe to take a 1ml gas sample in a bottle and inject it into a 2061C gas chromatograph for determination, and the result is ≤10mg/m2 as qualified.

3. Inspection of the bag making process:
a. Bag making size, edge sealing size specification (according to customer requirements);
b. Heat sealing edge strength
Use a steel ruler to cut a 15mm wide test piece from the side seal of the bag, (according to the bag area and bag shape, the number and position of the test pieces are also different. C. Fill the bag with water of the same volume and seal it, place the bag sample between the upper and lower plates of the pressure gauge, perform pressure testing according to the conditions (pressure, time) required by the customer, and observe whether the bag is broken or leaked.

4. High temperature cooking test:
After the bag making is completed, fill the bag with the same volume of content and seal it well (note: the content should be similar to the content specified by the customer, and cannot be replaced by water or other substances, and try to discharge the air in the bag when sealing. In order to avoid the air expansion affecting the test results during cooking), put it into the ts-25c back pressure high-temperature cooking pot, set the conditions required by the customer (cooking temperature, time, pressure) to test the high-temperature cooking resistance;
Appearance inspection after cooking: the surface of the bag should be smooth, free from wrinkling, foaming, deformation, separation layer and leakage; if there is any one of these defects, it is unqualified.
