If a design has 8 colors, each color plate costs US $40-US $100, and the plate making cost for 8 color plates is approximately US $320-US $800
After plate making, it is necessary to test the printing effect on the machine. During the color mixing and test process, it needs about 150-200 meters of plastic roll film for the printing machine to run for a round. If the first time t color test effect is not good, there will be more waste of ink and roll film for times of testing. Taking a bag with a width of 10 cm as an example, a 1000 meter test roll film is equivalent to generating 10000 bags of waste.
