1. Finish: We can make matte finish, glossy finish and UV finish. The UV finish can make part of the designs with very obvious looking and help catch the customers’ eyes.
2. Materials: We have various materials, such as PET, PA, AL, PE, VMPET and so on, for both hot filling and frozen storage.
Generally speaking, there are 2 different lamination ways: PET+PA+PE and PET/AL/PA/PE.
The later one 4 layer laminated materials with the AL as the barrier for sun-proof and better durability and strength. The perfect combined materials make the spout pouch good enough for -20℃ to 100 ℃。
Besides, all of the materials are eco-friendly and for food grade.
3. Spout: We have 8.6mm, 16mm, 22mm and 33mm. Different spout sizes available to fit for the different filling machines. Usually the bigger of the pouch size need be matched with a bigger spout for fast filling. And the spout can be on the top and on the corner according to customers’ requirement.
4. Printings: We can make both digital printing and gravure printing.
Small MOQ is acceptable.However, unit price by digital printing will be much more expensive.
If your quantity is big, we definitely will choose gravure printing at much lower cost for you.
5. Customized spout pouches acceptable. The size, thickness, materials and printings can all be customized according to customers’ requirement.
The whole printing process is design making-plate making-printings-lamination-solidify-bag making. We will well control the quality by picking out the bad bags and keep the left ones in good quality for final production packing up.
